Refund Policy

Last updated: 13 October 2026

This page explains when you're owed a refund for a SisuOps purchase.

1. Who's behind this

SisuOps (sisuops.dev) is operated by LevelSafety Oy (LevelSafety Ltd), Business ID 3169518-3, PL 13, 00561 Helsinki, Finland. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Notice for the rest of how this site works.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles the actual transaction and issues refunds on our behalf, but when you're entitled to a refund is SisuOps' own policy, set out below.

2. The $20 deposit (what's for sale right now)

Right now, the only thing you can buy from SisuOps is a $20 refundable deposit that locks in the early-bird course price.

The deposit is fully refundable at any time before the course ships. No reason required. Just email support@sisuops.dev and ask for it back.

If the course never ships, the deposit is automatically refundable. Doesn't matter why, that's the deal.

3. How refund requests are processed

To request a refund, email support@sisuops.dev directly. We'll confirm the refund is owed under this policy and pass it to Paddle, since Paddle holds the payment and actually issues the money back. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear back on your card or account, depending on your bank or card network.

4. Future course purchases

The full SisuOps course (access to the course materials once they ship, for the remaining balance after the deposit is applied) is not being sold yet as of this writing. Once it is, the following forward-looking terms apply:

Within 30 days of your course purchase, you can request a full refund if you're not satisfied, by emailing support@sisuops.dev. This is standard for a digital, self-paced educational product: you're paying for access to course materials, and the window gives you time to actually look at them before deciding.

No conditions beyond that: you don't need to justify it or prove you didn't like something specific.

This section will be updated with the confirmed terms before the full course goes on sale.

5. Paddle's own policies

Because Paddle is the merchant of record for every SisuOps purchase, Paddle also has its own standard terms covering payments and refunds as part of running the checkout. Those sit alongside this policy, not in place of it. See Paddle's own terms.

6. Contact

Email support@sisuops.dev with anything about a purchase, a deposit, or a refund. A person reads it, not a bot.

We had to put one of these up.

The signup form needs a cookie just to remember who you are while you fill it out. Can't turn that one off — nothing breaks worse than a form that forgets your email halfway through.

With your yes, we also run Google Analytics — mostly to find out which blog post actually brought someone here, and whether anyone reads this far down the page.

Reject it and nothing changes for you. For us it's bigger: we're a small company paying real money for ads, and flying blind on which ones work is basically flushing that money down the toilet. We'd rather know. Your call.
