This notice explains what personal data SisuOps collects, why, and what you can do about it. If anything here is unclear, email us; we'll sort it out directly.
SisuOps (sisuops.dev) is operated by LevelSafety Oy (LevelSafety Ltd), Business ID 3169518-3, PL 13, 00561 Helsinki, Finland. LevelSafety Oy is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice, and we're an EU company, so GDPR applies to everything below.
We collect data in two places: the signup form, and the deposit checkout.
From the signup form:
From the $20 deposit checkout:
From browsing the site:
We don't sell your data. We use a small number of vendors to run the business:
We keep your data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law, whichever is longer. If you ask us to delete it and we have no legal or contractual reason to keep it, we will.
ClickMagick sets a tracking cookie to attribute ad clicks and conversions. Friendly Captcha runs a proof-of-work check when you submit the signup form; it doesn't use tracking cookies for advertising. If you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit, we also load Google Analytics (GA4), which sets its own cookies to measure site usage. If you reject it or don't respond, Google Analytics never loads — not a reduced version, nothing at all.
GoHighLevel, ClickMagick, and — if you accept the cookie banner — Google are all US-based services, so your data is processed outside the EU once it reaches them.
All three rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent GDPR-approved transfer mechanism, standard practice for US-based SaaS vendors handling EU customer data.
Paddle handles its own international transfers for payment data under its own policy, linked in Section 4.
Under GDPR, you can ask us to:
To exercise any of these, email support@sisuops.dev. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority at any time.
If we change what data we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
Questions about this notice or your data: email support@sisuops.dev.

The signup form needs a cookie just to remember who you are while you fill it out. Can't turn that one off — nothing breaks worse than a form that forgets your email halfway through.
With your yes, we also run Google Analytics — mostly to find out which blog post actually brought someone here, and whether anyone reads this far down the page.
Reject it and nothing changes for you. For us it's bigger: we're a small company paying real money for ads, and flying blind on which ones work is basically flushing that money down the toilet. We'd rather know. Your call.
