Pricing

The SisuOps course doesn't exist yet. It's still being built, by me, on the side, same as everything below. Here's what you can do about the price today.

Early-bird deposit

$20 USD

Refundable. The first 50 deposits reserve a spot at $148 for the full course once it ships, instead of the $297 everyone else pays at launch.

This site, sisuops.dev, runs on the stack I'm going to teach. So do getbusygenius.com and netvoima.fi, my other businesses.

Here's what's currently planned to be inside:

  1. 1. The stack, and why these four pieces
  2. 2. Provisioning with OpenTofu
  3. 3. GitOps deploys with FluxCD
  4. 4. Multi-tenant ingress, TLS, and migrating a live site with minimal downtime
  5. 5. The noisy-neighbor problem
  6. 6. Operating Kubernetes: scheduling, scaling, and changing node size without downtime
  7. 7. Monitoring: knowing before a client does
  8. 8. The cost model, and when this stops being worth it
  9. Bonus: running this solo with an AI coding agent

I'm building this no matter what. I'm not waiting on a head count to decide. I post real progress on the blog every couple of weeks, so that's checkable, not just a promise.

Here's exactly what happens: $20 today, $128 when the course ships. That's the full $148, nothing hidden in between. VAT included if that applies in your country.

If the course never ships, you get the $20 back. Doesn't matter why, that's the deal.

Something goes wrong with the deposit, the refund or just want to chat first? Email support@sisuops.dev directly.

Why ask for money instead of just an email? Because anyone can leave an email and never open another message from me. A $20 deposit means you're actually planning to learn this, not just curious.

I'd rather build this for 50 people who are serious than chase signups from people who'll never show up.

Full terms are on our Terms of Service page, and what happens if you want your money back is on our Refund Policy page.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record.

We had to put one of these up.

The signup form needs a cookie just to remember who you are while you fill it out. Can't turn that one off — nothing breaks worse than a form that forgets your email halfway through.

With your yes, we also run Google Analytics — mostly to find out which blog post actually brought someone here, and whether anyone reads this far down the page.

Reject it and nothing changes for you. For us it's bigger: we're a small company paying real money for ads, and flying blind on which ones work is basically flushing that money down the toilet. We'd rather know. Your call.
